Position Overview

Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls to help current clients with insurance related questions
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Pivot to additional products and services our clients are missing
Make outbound calls to help customers who are late on their bill
