Key Functions of a Customer Relations Representative
Interact with potential donors and the public at community events.
Represent nonprofit clients with confidence and compassion.
Promote fundraising products and charitable initiatives to increase participation.
Assist in setting up, running, and closing down events.
Help plan and execute engagement strategies for local campaigns.
Track outreach metrics and report performance updates.
Maintain a strong knowledge of each partner charity’s mission.
Support cross-functional event and promotions teams alongside other Customer Relations Representatives as needed.
