About the Position: Customer Relations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a part-time Customer Relations Associate, acting as the key contact for client interactions
- Provide clients with professional, courteous, and timely support
- Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, and insurance
- Assist in developing customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Cultivate existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking
Requirements for the Role
- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Successful completion of a background check
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication and relationship management
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain within two weeks, a Life Producer license
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data reporting
- Ability to interpret client needs and respond with strategic solutions
Preferred Experience
- Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, or team management
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is a plus!
- Desire to grow, self-motivate, and support financial literacy
- Negotiation skills or technical troubleshooting are advantageous
