Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience, with preferred semiconductor background, strong technical skills, and certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP.
Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work across diverse teams and cultures. Compensation ranges from USD 112,767 to USD 145,055 annually, depending on experience.
