Key Responsibilities: 
  • Order to remittance (OTR) responsibilities to include technical order and commercial project order execution of New Unit and Service equipment orders from channel partners, key accounts, direct customers.  
  • Focused primarily on equipment scope of supply according INNIO Waukesha Product Program.  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive risk identification and management for all aspects of order execution.
  • Responsible for revenue, payment collection, inventory, and claim management for all assigned orders under execution in close cooperation with Finance.  
  • Execution of changes to booked orders using existing change order process. 
  • Responsible for identifying inefficiencies and gaps in the existing order process.  Address inefficiencies/gaps by creating new or modifying existing processes.  Implement process changes cross-functionally. 
  • Support know-how transfer and training programs for Channel Partners to align project execution process the INNIO Waukesha’s Project Management processes. 
  • Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections. 
  • Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution. 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EX: mechanical; electrical), business or a related field.   
  • 3+ years of industry experience, preferably with reciprocating engines & in the discipline of customer project management.     
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Team player and strong reliability. 
  • Demonstrated external focus & inclusiveness. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
