About the Role Thomson Reuters is looking for an Customer Product Trainer with 3+ years of experience to join our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training our customers on our generative AI software, developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage, managing customer accounts to ensure that customers' training needs are being met, and supporting our sales teams. A Juris Doctor. The ideal candidate also has significant experience working in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms or for another SaaS company in a customer-facing role. As the Customer Product Trainer, you will: Onboarding and training customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to serve specific client needs; Regularly meeting and communicating with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that each customer is realizing the full value of our software; Managing customers' accounts to ensure that customers' needs are being met, including offering tailored training programs to address specific client needs and pain points; Providing support to customers by answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting technical issues; Communicating with internal departments, including sales, customer support, and marketing, to ensure that the company is meeting Enterprise client needs; Developing long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates; Providing training and support to prospective customers in trials and pursuing related initiatives to support our sales team.
