What You’ll Do
- Package, stage, and verify outbound orders to meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Own the will-call counter: schedule pickups, greet customers, and ensure quick, professional loading.
- Load/unload trucks safely; check materials against packing lists, POs, and shipment documents.
- Audit outgoing freight for accuracy, quality, completeness, correct labels, and secure packaging.
- Maintain tight shipment records—tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and internal logs.
- Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, supervisors, and internal departments.
- Support customers and drivers during will-call, following safety and service procedures.
- Partner with production, inventory, and logistics to fix discrepancies or order issues.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts safely and in compliance with company rules.
- Handle and stage windows, doors, glass, aluminum, and related products carefully.
- Keep the shipping and will-call zones neat, organized, and safe.
- Follow company policies, OSHA standards, warehouse SOPs, and material-handling guidelines.
- Flag and report damages, missing items, wrong orders, or safety concerns to leadership.
- Jump in as needed on shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or facility tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or material handling.
- Basic understanding of shipping docs, packing lists, purchase orders, labels, and inventory flow.
- Safe equipment operation skills; forklift certification preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Professional communicator with customers, drivers, supervisors, and teammates.
- Physically able to lift, move, push, pull, and stage materials.
- Comfort with standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical warehouse tasks for a full shift.
- Reliable, punctual attendance.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, construction materials, or window/door/glass/aluminum settings.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Experience with ERP, inventory software, shipping platforms, or WMS.
- Hands-on will-call or customer pickup coordination.
- Strong organizer with the ability to manage multiple orders at once.
- Open to overtime or flexible hours when business requires.

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, on-site role in Waipahu, HI. Hours flex with shipping volume and customer pickups; overtime may be needed.
