CUSTOMER OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE - Garden Grove / Westminster, CA

We are looking for outgoing and motivated Customer Outreach Representatives to join our growing team in the Garden Grove / Westminster area.

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL, FIELD-BASED opportunity.

You will work directly with customers and communities while developing valuable experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage customers through face-to-face communication
• Provide information about available programs and services
• Answer customer questions
• Assist customers with enrollment
• Provide professional customer service
• Participate in community outreach activities
• Support local marketing initiatives
• Represent ARK in a professional manner
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Learn and apply effective communication and sales techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally
• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week
• No college degree required
