Role: Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location: The Woodlands, TX - Onsite
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $25-28/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.
• Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
• Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
• Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
• Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
• Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
• Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
• Create and maintain system transactions
• Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy
