Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a dynamic company in Little Rock, Arkansas. This temporary-to-permanent role is a strong fit for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys guiding new customers through a smooth onboarding process while partnering closely with Sales and internal teams.

Position Summary

The Customer Onboarding Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding, helping ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. The role includes reviewing and processing customer setup agreements, verifying documentation accuracy, and supporting existing customers who want to expand into additional partner programs. This position also requires coordinating background checks, credit checks, and insurance verification to ensure all requirements are satisfied.

Essential Duties

  • Serve as the main contact for new customers during onboarding.
  • Manage the onboarding pipeline, including processing applications and setting up accounts.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy, with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Support customer escalations quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and onboarding tools preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, document review, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
