Rate Range: $50- $53/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer to join our team for a 6-month onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience with CIAM solutions and a strong understanding of identity protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
  • Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Ping Identity certifications.
  • Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
  • Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
  • Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
  • Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
  • Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
  • Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
  • Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
