Summary – basic function of the role
The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and is responsible for coordinating customer orders from receipt through delivery. This role partners closely with customers and cross-functional teams including Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are accurately communicated, coordinated, and fulfilled.
The position proactively manages order activity, identifies and resolves fulfillment risks, supports production planning efforts, and drives on-time delivery through effective communication, collaboration, and execution. The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 – 4:30 pm or 8:30 – 5:00 pm; flexible

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Competencies
Education and Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operations environment.
Preferred: Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications required.
Physical Demands
Work Environment
This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment with regular interaction across manufacturing, planning, logistics, and customer service teams. Occasional visits to manufacturing or warehouse areas may be required. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate, with exposure to typical office equipment and manufacturing environments when supporting operational activities.
