Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist ("Deck Ambassador") at our swim school, working poolside to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and parents.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and cleaning the pool deck
- Monitoring water chemistry and temperature
- Greeting and assisting families
- Answering questions about accounts and progress
- Supporting swim instructors and managing social media content.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, professional demeanor
- Customer service experience and lifeguard/CPR certifications are preferred but can be obtained during training.
