We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative at an airport location.
The role involves providing friendly, efficient customer service, managing rentals by verifying driver info, explaining rental terms, and offering additional products or services.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling reservations and inquiries, assisting with directions, and communicating vehicle or customer issues to management.
The position offers starting pay of $19/hour plus monthly bonuses, with a shift schedule from 5:00pm-1:00am Sunday-Thursday, with possible delays until 2:00am.
