Core Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Representative:
- Manage face-to-face customer interactions with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and resolution
- Provide guidance on Verizon FiOS services, plans, and features as a Customer Experience Representative
- Identify opportunities to support sales conversations and recommend appropriate services
- Address concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of service
- Ensure each interaction reflects a positive and consistent experience as a Customer Experience Representative
- Accurately document and track all communications
Candidate Profile for the Customer Experience Representative:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confidence working in face-to-face environments and engaging customers directly
