Core Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Representative:

  • Manage face-to-face customer interactions with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and resolution
  • Provide guidance on Verizon FiOS services, plans, and features as a Customer Experience Representative
  • Identify opportunities to support sales conversations and recommend appropriate services
  • Address concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Ensure each interaction reflects a positive and consistent experience as a Customer Experience Representative
  • Accurately document and track all communications
