Seeking a Customer Experience Representative at a leading automotive rental company based in Bentonville, AR. The role involves providing friendly, efficient service, guiding customers through rental processes, and offering additional assistance like directions and local info. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining rental terms, handling reservations and inquiries, assessing vehicle condition upon return, and reporting issues to management. The position offers starting pay of $17.60/hour plus bonuses, with benefits such as paid time off, employee discounts, 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and training opportunities. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 3:00pm-12:00am. Qualifications include at least 18 years old, high school diploma or G.E.D., 2+ years customer service or sales experience, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
