Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:
The Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator will coordinate customer service, marketing campaigns, order processing, and office operations. This role will support sales and marketing teams, manage client communications, and ensure smooth workflow. Occasional travel is required for conferences and sales visits.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and track performance.
  • Process orders and manage related documentation.
  • Coordinate office activities and support administrative tasks.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for conferences.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing databases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or marketing coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with order processing and office administration.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator:
  • Experience in event planning or conference logistics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to sales support functions.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
