Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of spices, teas, and gourmet blends from around the world. As the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding our team, delighting our guests, and ensuring smooth store operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example, providing exceptional guest service and fostering a warm, inviting store atmosphere.
- Guide and motivate the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding experiences.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to confidently share product knowledge and inspire guests.
- Lead efforts to merchandise our products, creating a beautifully presented and organized store.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and events.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale functions.
- Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products and assist in inventory maintenance.
- Operate and promote our to-go tea bar and train other staff to do the same.
- Collaborate with owners and Production Manager to deliver on sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a retail, restaurant or customer-focused environment. Leadership experience preferred.
- A passion for food, flavor, and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
