In this role, you will assist clients with trip components such as hotels, flights, and activities, review preferences, provide planning suggestions, and coordinate with suppliers to confirm reservations. You will maintain organized itineraries, stay informed on travel opportunities, and support clients throughout their planning process.
Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, enjoy multitasking, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Prior industry experience is not required, as onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
