About the Role
You'll be the face of Unlimited Biking — helping guests have an amazing experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they ride out.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role combining customer interaction, light operations, and teamwork. If you like being around people, staying active, and working in a fun environment — this is for you.
What You'll Do

Welcome and check in guests quickly and professionally

Help customers choose the right bikes and experiences

Upsell tours and add-ons (and earn more doing it)

Set up bikes and make sure everything is ready to ride

Keep the store organized, clean, and running smoothly

Work closely with your team to handle high customer volume
