Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Develop and implement creative, data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience. 

  • Proactively reach out to customers with tailored resolutions based on findings. 

  • Manage time-sensitive issues while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment  

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance (QA) purposes. 

  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. 

  • Review and respond to BBB complaints with well-structured, customer-focused solutions.  

  • Lead and contribute to customer-facing projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in customer service or customer experience roles.  

  • Familiarity with Moving Help services or similar industries.  

  • Experience with QA monitoring, complaint resolution, or customer analytics.
