The Field Service Technician serves as a front-line technical representative responsible for on-site maintenance, repair, and support of electronic and electromechanical equipment within customer environments. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, effective time management, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues at the field-replaceable unit (FRU) or module level.
The technician is expected to follow established procedures, complete standardized service activities, and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of assigned service calls through resolution in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
