In Salem, the Customer Engagement Representative completes a high-energy onboarding program focused on AT&T’s smartphone solutions, then helps residents level up their tech game with devices that deliver speed, durability, and all-day battery, no timeouts needed.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Representative
- Guide AT&T residential customers through smartphones and wireless plans, explaining features and benefits clearly.
- Identify high‑potential residential segments and deliver tailored messaging on AT&T cell phone and data promotions.
- Assist customers with plan transitions, device upgrades, and activations to ensure smooth enrollments.
- Recommend solutions by analyzing household mobile usage and aligning with AT&T’s wireless service tiers.
- Process enrollments, upgrades, and account updates accurately, maintaining CRM integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Representatives to review performance metrics and refine sales strategies for product launches and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Technology preferred.
- Experience in customer support, retail, or team‑driven environments with adaptability, competitive drive, and a growth mindset.
- Strong communication skills to simplify AT&T cellphone service agreements, explain wireless plans, and build customer trust.
