Customer Engagement Representative – Entry Level Sales

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with customers through in-person interactions to understand needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Guide customers through the account setup and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support
  • Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development
