What You’ll Do
Engage with customers through in-person interactions to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
Present products and services, including wireless and connectivity solutions, in a clear and professional manner
Guide customers through the account setup and onboarding process
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support
Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development
