We're hiring a Customer Education Specialist for each of these locations.

As a Customer Education Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Pavilion Payments' products by delivering hands-on training, creating educational resources, and serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer experience. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys traveling, building relationships, and making complex software and processes approachable for a variety of audiences.
What You'll Do
Deliver customer onboarding, product training, and ongoing educational sessions
Create training guides, videos, presentations, and other learning resources
Partner with Relationship Management, Product, Support, and Marketing to drive customer success
Customize training based on customer needs and operational workflows
Support customer adoption by delivering professional, engaging training experiences both virtually and onsite
What You Bring
1–2+ years of experience in customer education, training, enablement, customer success, instructional design, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A polished, professional, and customer-focused approach
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to obtain and maintain any gaming licenses required for the position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in casino gaming, FinTech, payments, SaaS, or another regulated industry
Experience developing training materials, videos, presentations, or learning content
Familiarity with learning management systems or other training tools
