The Customer Development Manager (CDM) supports the Walmart/Sam’s business by providing analytical, operational, and customer-facing support to the National Account Managers. This role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights, supporting forecasting and supply chain alignment, and driving execution across a variety of sales and customer initiatives.
The CDM plays a critical role in identifying trends, synthesizing insights across multiple data sources, and enabling fact-based decision-making. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively collaborates cross-functionally, and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities:Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
