About this Position

  • Support continuous business growth by ensuring all customers order are processed and delivered on time in full.

  • Provide excellent service to external customers by collaborating with different internal stakeholders within Henkel (e.g. Sales team, Finance/ Credit Controlling team, and Customer Service Support (CSS) team in GBS Shanghai).

  • Creates plans/strategies to improve customer service level and customer experience and achieve the long-term goal of enhancing sales for the product.

  • Be the SC single contact window for commercial team by consolidating voice of Supply Chain internally.

  • Forecasting customer demand and developing supply plans to enable promotions and new product launches with the customer.

What you\u00b4ll do

  • Order Management: Manage sales orders, including approval process, requirements identification, confirmation, and follow-up. Liaise with CSS Team in GBS Shanghai, to ensure orders key in accurately, goods delivered, timely credit and debit note processed.

  • Reviews existing customer handling/satisfaction policies and monitors the current status of the customer care department.

  • Drive optimization and efficiency on operation/process and SC KPI. (e.g. order automation).

  • Acts an important role to communicate with commercial team, customers, and supply chain.

  • Meeting participation and involvement (e.g. PPT preparation).

  • Drive and facilitate S&OP process and KPI achievement.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor Degree.

  • 4+ years solid experience in Supply Chain, transportation Management in a multinational company, FMCG industry is preferred.

  • Strong ERP knowledge, SAP background is preferred. Strong PC skill, familiar with office software.

  • Strong problem solving, communication and data analytical skills.

  • Analytical mind with customer service orientation and strong business acumen.

  • Have experience in completing projects independently.

  • Have experience to deal with warehouse/logistics daily operation.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written).

  • Regular review with customer or management team with experienced skill on Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook etc).

  • Prior working experience in big FMCG and Customer Supply Chain/Planning.

  • Expertise in SAP and competence with MS software and strong analytical skills.

  • Able to challenge status quo and improve existing process.

  • Professional background on Supply Chain and Project support.

  • Fast learner, great team leader with responsibilities.
