Overview of the role

Working for the Customer Delivery Lead, this role will be responsible for all administration to support order management, delivery and invoicing. They will also be responsible for all Export control administration activities including; Single Individual Export Licence (SIEL) applications, Open General Export Licence (OGEL) paperwork and maintaining the export licence registers. Member of the Export Control Committee.

Responsibilities

  1. Company Policies - Comply with all company policies, including the Chemring Group Bribery Act Compliance Manual (BACM).

  2. Order processing - raise new orders on Business Central, coordinate approvals and any changes

  3. Invoicing - raise and submit invoices

  4. Completion documents - collate completion documents for customers to accompany deliveries

  5. Export License Applications - To apply for all SIELs and respond to all queries generated.

  6. OGELs - to prepare all required paperwork to support the compliance requirements of the company's registered OGELs

  7. Export Licence Registers - Keep a record of all exports made by the company and the associated licences used.

  8. Export Licence Tracking - show the export licence coverage for all orders and provide a weekly report on export licence coverage.

  9. Export control Committee - Member of the Export control committee which meets quarterly and is responsible for company compliance to UK Export Control law. To take the minutes of these meetings.

  10. End User Stockist Undertakings (EUSU) - draft EUSUs for customers to complete and support in the provision of signed copies from customers.

  11. Security Aspects Letters (SALs) - To produce and send out the SALs required for all orders for UK Official-Sensitive products.

  12. Security Grading - Prepare, apply, record & monitor Security Grading applications as required.

  13. MoD F680 Applications - to submit F680 applications when required.

  14. Technical Publications - to collate technical publications when required and manage technical publication requirements for orders through the contract register.

  15. S&C Admin - Personal and General admin to support the Sales and Commercial department.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and/or Experience

5 GCSEs/O Levels or equivalent Grades C or above (Must include English)

Permitted to work in the UK

Microsoft Office packages Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Publisher

1 year experience in an administration role or equivalent

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and/or Experience

Working knowledge of Export Control and Trade Compliance.

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
