Position Summary:
The Customer & Commercial Insights Manager will play a critical role in supporting OSI's retail and foodservice growth strategy by transforming market, customer, and consumer data into actionable commercial insights and compelling customer-facing stories. This role will serve as the bridge between data, commercial strategy, and customer engagement, enabling stronger go to market execution, supporting consumer led innovation, and improving promotional and trade investment effectiveness.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with commercial storytelling skills and experience within CPG food categories, preferably in refrigerated, frozen, or protein segments.
