Customer Service Specialist (Court Support)

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist – Court Support
Location: Sun City, AZ
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

Position Overview

The Customer Service Specialist (Court Support) serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding court evidence packages and related support requests. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, processing documentation requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to court evidence packages and related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in understanding procedures, requirements, and requested documentation.
• Escalate issues as necessary and ensure prompt resolution.

Documentation & Processing

• Process requests for court evidence packages and provide documentation in the required format.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered within established timelines.
• Review and verify information to maintain compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Track and monitor requests, issues, and resolutions to ensure excellent service delivery.

Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and completed transactions.
• Organize and manage electronic files and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports and provide updates regarding customer support activities and outcomes.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support departmental goals by maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Excel
• Outlook
• Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of ownership.
• Ability to meet daily production goals and customer service expectations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs.

Preferred

• Experience handling documentation, records management, or administrative support.
• Experience working in a call center, customer support, or processing environment.
• Familiarity with title and registration services or court-related documentation is a plus.
