We are looking for multiple part-timeCustomer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.

This position is on-site at our contact center in Wausau, WI.
Next training start date: Monday, July 6th
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.
Scheduling: Hours are available between 7am-11am and 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling within these timeframes; a minimum of 8 hours of availability to work per week is required.
Pay rate: $16 / hour
