This position is on-site at our contact center in Wausau, WI.
Next training start date: Monday, June 8th
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.
Scheduling: Hours are available between 7am-11am and 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling within these timeframes; a minimum of 8 hours of availability to work per week is required.
Pay rate: $16 / hour

Responsibilities
Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
Qualifications
Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
Positive attitude
Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
