Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Burlington, VT
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible Extension
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Manage issues from identification to resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation and track issue status
- Build customer relationships through problem-solving and guidance
Requirements- Gains familiarity with Customer Care concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs routine customer care agent duties, including:
- Receiving and responding to customer requests,
- Tracking tickets within the customer care system,
- Troubleshooting equipment, software, and compatibility problems,
- Documenting customer issues, progress, and status
