Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Burlington, VT
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible Extension
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
  • Manage issues from identification to resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track issue status
  • Build customer relationships through problem-solving and guidance
 
Requirements
  • Gains familiarity with Customer Care concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
  • With guidance, performs routine customer care agent duties, including:
  • Receiving and responding to customer requests,
  • Tracking tickets within the customer care system,
  • Troubleshooting equipment, software, and compatibility problems,
  • Documenting customer issues, progress, and status
