Customer Care Specialist Compensation: pay $19.00/hr ; benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days ; 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)

Customer Care Specialist Highlights: contract assignment with potential to be hired permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs; required availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM ; on-site in San Antonio, TX

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities

  • Provide training on how to handle all forms of contacts (calls, chat, and emails) and provide individualized feedback to Customer Care associates across the U.S. region
  • Using the ADDIE instructional methodology, create and/or deliver training to meet entry-level and advanced training requirements
  • Conduct analysis/assessments of quality and training data to build personalized training and coaching plans
  • Provide QA reporting to supervisors and manager
  • Analyze escalations to identify training gaps and develop coaching/training solutions
  • Coordinate updates to knowledge management, job aids (roadmaps), and tools used by the department
  • Follow company/department/quality system procedures and policies; recommend continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus)
  • Provide input into associate performance evaluations and support adherence to business/regulatory guidelines

Customer Care Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days; training curriculum development and delivering training sessions; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new systems/programs quickly; strong communication/adaptability; punctual and dependable attendance

Customer Care Specialist Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior training experience in a customer care / call center environment
  • Strong coaching skills and comfort working with performance metrics/reporting
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and continuous improvement initiatives
