Overview:
Our client is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join their customer support team. This role plays a key part in providing outstanding phone and email service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The goal is to enhance retention by resolving issues on the first contact and promoting product adoption.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails, providing timely, professional, and accurate responses.
Document all customer interactions in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products to provide guidance and basic user training.
Strive for first-contact resolution and deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience.
Maintain detailed notes and properly manage support tickets through to resolution.
De-escalate and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
Ability to handle approximately 30 calls and 20 emails per day while meeting quality and response-time goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking ability—able to manage phone and email interactions seamlessly.
Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
Familiarity with payment or financial technology is a plus.
