Responsibilities
Provide attentive support on policy, billing, and coverage questions, and follow up to keep customers satisfied
Field questions on policies and billing, and make coverage changes with accuracy
Sort out customer issues with patience and a professional touch
Uncover unmet coverage needs during account reviews
Make follow-up a habit so customers stay with the agency
Update and maintain customer records with care
Qualifications

Open to completing the Property and Casualty licensing requirement
