The Customer Care Representative (Bilingual English/French) is responsible forresponding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting. Process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

This position reports to the Customer Care Leader and is part of the Customer Care Team located in Indianapolis, INand will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting and process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company procedures and provide support to US & Canada-based customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and French

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Associate’s degree
  • Call center or support environment experience
  • Experience in Oracle, Outlook/Shared inbox

The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. 

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. 

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
