The Customer Care Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving service excellence across our Customer Care Center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, improving processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience through effective coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do...

• Lead and support the Customer Care team’s daily operations
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals
• Monitor key metrics and drive service improvements
• Handle escalated customer issues
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and workflow efficiency

Qualifications...

• Experience in customer service or call center leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
