Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining records, following up with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, preparing reports, and assisting with accounts payable.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of office/administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in homebuilding is a plus.
