We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide excellent service in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule and follow up on vehicle service appointments.
- Assist customers with appointment coordination, documentation of service needs, and arranging shuttle or loaner services.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and maintain regular communication through reminders and updates.
- Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work full-time hours Monday through Saturday, 9am-6pm. Basic computer skills and typing speed are needed.
