Senior Call Center Customer Service Representative | Sr. Call Center CSR

Location: Onsite
 Pay: $21.00 per hour
 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
 Weekends Off!

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide professional, compassionate support while ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy and care.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls from applicants and recipients regarding social service programs.
  • Provide accurate information by following established policies, procedures, and call scripts.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
  • Research customer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while assisting callers experiencing challenging situations.
  • Communicate recurring customer concerns and trends to leadership.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
  • Meet or exceed quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction expectations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of six months of call center experience.
  • An associate degree or higher may substitute for the required call center experience.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
