Shift: Monday – Friday / 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Pay: $20.94/Hr.
Contract Assignment: 6 months (may be extended)
The Call Center Supervisor will manage the call center staff and assist with our daily operations, as well as, meeting our SLA’s on a daily bases.
This position is to supervise our current 11 call center agents which are Tier 3.
Responsible for EDI management, WebPortal management and client support management along with maintaining our service levels within the FECA, BL and Energy call center.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have supervisory experience and at least 1 full year of inbound call center experience.
Medical terminology is a must and knowledge of ICD-10 is a plus.
