DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE
Collaborating with management and field technicians to optimize office efficiency, daily productivity, and customer satisfaction
Answering incoming phone calls and promptly responding to online messages
Professionally assisting customers, answering questions, and informing clients about their upcoming appointment
Accurately scheduling service appointments and maintaining organized job records
Efficiently dispatching technicians to jobs based on availability, skillset, and location
Skillfully de-escalating heated situations and resolving customer concerns
WHAT YOU NEED
2+ years of customer service experience in a trade industry
Thick skin with the ability to communicate with unhappy people and handle rough personalities
Ability to de-escalate tense situations and achieve positive outcomes
Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to use computers and communicate over the phone
Excellent communication and time management skills
Friendly attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Commitment to working with a team and getting the job done right
Experience using a CRM or scheduling software would be a plus.
