As our newest Customer Care Agent , you’ll be the face of our mission, introducing neighbors to the lightning-fast world of AT&T Fiber. This is a commission-based role where your ability to connect with others (and upsell Fiber) directly fuels your growth.
What a Customer Care Agent’s Days Will Look Like
- Meet with local residents to discuss their current home services and find better solutions.
- Upsell AT&T Fiber by highlighting how much better life is with 100% fiber-optic internet.
- Guide customers through the signup process, ensuring they feel confident and cared for.
- Listen deeply to customer frustrations and turn them into "aha!" moments with our service upgrades.
- Build lasting relationships within the Charlotte community as a trusted tech advisor.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of AT&T Fiber’s competitive edge to answer questions with ease.
- Follow up with your new customers to ensure their installation went perfectly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Agent team to share "win" stories and tips on how to better serve our neighbors.
