After Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company’s customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, continuing coverage when retired or leaving employer, status of customer requests, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace.
Use of ethernet required; hotspots and Wi-Fi are not allowed.
Able to use video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
