Shift Requirement: The hours for this position are from 7am - 3pm or 1pm - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
Pay Range: $22-$24 hourly Starting Pay: $22.00/hr At 3 Months: $22.50/hr At 6 Months: $23.00/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to 24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy a $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

About the Role: Were looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for our customers; youll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system Swiftly address any customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvanas CMV Driver Qualification policy.
General qualifications and requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine. You will work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs. Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Reasonable accommodations may be granted to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
