- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and process orders
- Review customer contracts to assure orders are fulfilled
- Monitor customer deliveries
- Provide clients with pricing information including quotes
- Utilize ERP, EDI, E-Commerce systems
- Pro-actively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints
- Keep team members and operations team informed for any issues that need further assistance
- Handle multiple emails daily
