    POSITION OVERVIEW
    • Our team is driving large-scale SAP transformation programs using the SAP Activate methodology across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise landscapes. As a Level 8 Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the enterprise SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy while maintaining rigorous SOX compliance and IT General Controls. This role serves as a key technical authority bridging architecture, operations, and audit readiness for high-impact SAP environments.

    DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead enterprise SAP Cloud ALM strategy, implementation, and operational support across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise SAP landscapes.
    • Architect and implement SAP Cloud ALM capabilities including Implementation, Operations, Health Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, Integration & Exception Monitoring, Job Monitoring, and Deployment Management.
    • Drive SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and RISE with SAP transformation programs using SAP Activate methodology.
    • Design and govern SAP ALM, Change Management, Release Management, Testing, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
    • Support SOX compliance, IT Audit, IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit readiness in collaboration with Internal Audit, Security, and Compliance teams.
    • Lead enterprise solution architecture using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party DevOps/ITSM tools.

    • SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) 8+ years
    • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance / IT Audit & ITGC 8+ years
    • SAP Utilities Industry Experience 8+ years

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

They possess an analytical, governance-focused mindset with deep technical knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM alongside a solid background in SOX compliance and IT General Controls. They should be capable of providing executive-level consulting, mentoring cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise-wide digital transformations.
