Custom Software Engineer

Ask questions when things do not look right, make suggestions to PO and BA, review acceptance criteria and test their deliverables before handing it over to QA. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Title: Custom Software Engineer
Location: Richfield, MN Onsite
Duration: 6 Months of Contract

Minimum Qualifications:
6 or more years of experience with functional web and mobile application testing
4 or more years of experience with selenium automation testing, SQL, splunk, kibana.
Fluent in capturing logs, analyzing issues and work with development team as needed.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with manual and automation testing of React and React Native applications.
Knowledge of and working experience with Selenium and other test automation tools.
Jenkins pipelines (CI/CD)
Linux and Mac OSX
Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ask questions when things do not look right, make suggestions to PO and BA, review acceptance criteria and test their deliverables before handing it over to QA.
Understand the Functional/Technical Design and write test scripts.
Contribute and create test design for the features being developed.

Consistently deliver a high volume of story points relative to their team.
Deliver error free product features.
Improve code quality regularly before deploying to Production.
