Custom Software Development Sales Executive – Remote (EST or CST Hours)
Salary: $60K–$70K base + commission = $100k+
Our client is a global software services firm expanding its U.S. footprint. They're seeking a driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead go-to-market efforts through this fully remote position (EST hours required).
This is a high-impact role responsible for the full sales lifecycle, working closely with international delivery, presales, and marketing teams. If you have a proven track record in selling custom software development and consultation services, this is your opportunity to make a mark.

What You’ll Do
• Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiations, and closing
• Generate new business through outbound campaigns, inbound leads, and partner channels
• Manage pipeline and activity using HubSpot CRM
• Drive digital marketing performance (LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, Lead Forensics)
• Create compelling content: case studies, email sequences, and landing pages
• Align sales strategies with delivery and presales capabilities
• Support junior sales and marketing colleagues across global time zones
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Build scalable strategies and playbooks for sustainable revenue growth
What You Bring
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Must have direct experience selling software consultation and development services—not managed service provider (MSP) offerings
• Proven success closing deals in the $100K–$1M+ range and driving renewals
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics tools
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
